Peter Ernest is the CEO of Values Journey and is internationally recognised as a dynamic motivational speaker and powerful facilitator of change. He has presented and facilitated for almost 20 years, to organisations including Australia Post, Australian Unity, BHP Billiton, Qantas and Swissotel, to the Australian Government and the Department of Defence as well as being a regular presenter and resource at The Golden Door – Elysia, in the Hunter Valley, to associations including Family Business Australia (FBA), the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD) and The CEO Institute as well as other associations for leaders. He has presented in over a dozen countries, mainly throughout Asia but also in the USA, Africa, the Middle East and in Europe, including a sunrise inspirational talk on top of the Acropolis, in Athens.

His enthusiasm is contagious with the theme of his work focusing on values and vision, leadership and teamwork, creativity and change. Over recent years, Peter has created, developed and now licenses Values Journey, an innovative and engaging process, to explore and transform personal values, team performance and organisational culture.

He lives in Melbourne with his wife Deborah and their young twin daughters, Netani and Sasha.
