John is a Director of the Greater West Development Fund Limited (an approved Pooled Development Fund). He is also a Director of JMJ Enterprises Pty Ltd and Partners in Property Pty Ltd (a family-owned company which marshals equity and debt funding for selected property development opportunities).

National Institute of Accountants, Australian Society of CPAs, Financial Services Institute of Australia, Australian Institute of Management; Australian Institute of Company Directors. Also, Member of Diocesan Audit Committee – Catholic Church, Diocese of Parramatta (Appointed December 2006)
Achievements:
John has over thirty years experience in banking and finance. He commenced his career with the Bank of New South Wales (now Westpac). He later moved to Australian Guarantee Corporation, where he had a number of roles including National Operations Manager Finance.
John then moved to ORIX Australia Corporation where his career spanned almost 20 years. He commenced as GM Operations. Later promotions saw him take the roles of Chief General Manager Commercial Finance, and then Deputy Managing Director. John became Managing Director ORIX Australia in 1995, responsible for Australia and New Zealand, retiring in 2005 at age 60.
John was active in industry associations and was Chairman, Australia Finance Conference Ltd (the industry association for finance companies and building societies). John was also Chairman, Austral Mercantile Collection Pty Ltd and a director of ORIX New Zealand Limited.
