Lynn is a Non-Executive Director of HSBC Bank Australia Ltd, GPT Funds Management Ltd, Noni B Ltd (ASX:NBL), CEDA and MS Australia Ltd . She is also a Member of the Foreign Investment Review Board and a Compliance Committee Member of BNY Mellon Asset Management Australia Ltd.

Achievements:
Lynn's executive career has focused on both the retail and financial services industries. Her executive appointments included Sales and Marketing Director NE Asia, American Express; Marketing Director- Cards, Citibank; Marketing Division Head, Myer NSW; Marketing Director, David Jones and Executive Director, Schroders Australia.

Following her executive career Lynn consulted to leading companies such as Westfield, Commonwealth Funds Management, Macquarie Bank, Telstra and Unilever. She also developed, managed then sold two SME businesses.

Lynn’s not for profit leadership contribution is substantial. As well as being a current director of MS Australia Ltd and CEDA, Lynn has been NSW President of Women Chiefs of Enterprises International. Other key appointments were her membership of the Economic Development Council of NSW, Alumni Council AGSM and Women’s College Council, University of Sydney. She was also Chairman of the Property Trust Chapter Investment Funds Association [now IFSA], Director IFSA, Chairman of the Eastern Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Chairman of Hands Pty Ltd, a commercial venture of MS NSW.

Lynn has an MA [Psychology] from the University of Sydney and an MBA from the AGSM, University of NSW. In 2003 she was awarded a Centenary Medal recognising her service to Australian society through business and finance.
