Sue joins the CEO Institute with a powerful blend of legal and general management experience, complemented by Board experience across public, private and charitable organisations.

Most recently the General Manager of Arkhefield, Sue successfully transitioned this architectural services firm from a boutique operation to a leading commercial design practice, implementing best management policies and procedures and doubling revenues and staff numbers.      

Sue’s current roles include:

- Non-executive Director of Arkhefield Pty Ltd;

- Chair of Audit and Investment Committee of Deaf Services Queensland

- Member of the Advisory Board to the Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries (Qld);

- Queensland representative of the National Foundation for Australian Women

Sue has an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) from Melbourne Business School and Bachelors of Art and Laws (Honours) from the University of Queensland.
