Andrew has undertaken leadership roles in a number of environments including the Army as an Education Instructor, secondary education as a Deputy Head, principal of his own training consultancy and most recently as CEO - Australia of The CEO Institute.

Andrew joined The CEO Institute in 1989 and has been involved in the development of all its programs including its principal leadership forum The CEO Syndicate which began in 1992. He works out of the Institute's Head Office located in Melbourne where his main focus is the provision of strategic and operational leadership for The CEO Institute.

Andrew lives in Kew, Melbourne with his family and his interests include military history, community activities and physical fitness.
