Ray has been involved in senior positions with major fast moving branded consumer products for over twenty years. His previous roles include Chief Executive of the major multinational company Rothmans Holdings Limited and Managing Director of the globally recognised Castlemaine Perkins (makers of XXXX Beer). As Chief Executive of Rothmans Holdings he was responsible for the performance of Group Operations in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the South Pacific.
