Independent Consultant, Executive Mentor and Coach. Owns and manages a small manufacturing and retail company. Formerly, Chair of  Waste Recycling and Processing Service of NSW (Waste Service NSW), Former member of Cancer Council Boards of Australia and NSW.

Achievements:
Susan has held key leadership and management roles in both the public and private sectors. Previous roles include Minister for Education, Employment and Training and Minister for Environment, Water Resources, Lands and Planning in the SA Government and CEO of a national industry association. Susan holds an MBA from Deakin University.
