Graeme began his career as a Food Technologist, and then went on to study Business Management, and Marketing both in Australia and the United States.

Graeme has held Executive Directorships in Cottees General Foods and Cadbury-Schweppes companies since 1980.

Appointed Managing Director of several companies in the meat and animal products industries for the Dutch global trader van Hessen B.V. in 1993. These companies included: Lesnies Pty Ltd, Mackay Casings Pty Ltd and HKS Property Holdings (real estate).

Experience with International Management comes from Directorships in New Zealand and China (Shanghai) as well as an operating role in the UK.

Graeme has a keen interest in The CEO Institute ideals after being a member for the last 4 years.
