Andrew has had a life-long interest in the education process and has undertaken leadership roles in a number of learning environments. Prior to undertaking various executive roles - including CEO Australia - at The CEO Institute, Andrew's leadership roles included the Army as an Education Instructor, secondary education as a Deputy Head, and principal of his own training consultancy

Andrew joined The CEO Institute in 1989 and has been involved in the development of all its programs including its principal leadership forum The CEO Syndicate which began in 1992, and more recently the Transitional Leadership™ program (formerly M5).

He chaired the first CEO Syndicate meeting in June 1992 and was involved in developing many of the methodologies and processes underpinning The CEO Institute's leadership and management forums.
