Achievements:
Andrew has over 20 years experience in senior management and management consulting. Andrew specialises in strategy, leadership development, coaching, performance improvement and change.

Prior to his current role, Andrew served as a partner at Ernst & Young for 20 years. During this period Andrew held national positions of Managing Partner of Consulting, Head of Business Development, Managing Partner of Tax and Chairman of Ernst & Young.

He was also the Office Managing Partner of South Australia and Head of Business Advisory Services in Adelaide. More recently, Andrew was the partner in charge of Corporate Development for Ernst & Young Australia. In this role, Andrew had the responsibility of aligning and developing the business strategy for the Australian practice including developing and implementing the Ernst & Young executive performance management framework for its 200 partners.

Andrew has previously held board positions for the National Trust of South Australia, Adelaide Festival Centre Foundation, Royal Adelaide Hospital, Burnside Hospital and Greening Australia.

Andrew has extensive experience in leading and managing large projects requiring effective stakeholder liaison, communications and project leadership skills. He has managed significant strategy and organisational redesign projects in local and national government departments, innovative growth companies and leading global companies.
