Ben Kehoe has worked at the leading edge of the changes occurring in the Australian business environment for more than 35 years.
This work has required a breadth of vision, capacity for long-term commitment and an understanding of the dynamics of change at a national, business and community level.
Over the past 30 years he has worked exclusively with Boards of Directors and Chief Executives to address the positioning of businesses in the global environment.
Ben's industry experience extends over Consumer Goods (Pharmaceuticals and Food), Industrial Products, Manufacturing and Processing, Financial Services, Agribusiness, Biotechnology and the Fuel Industry. He has extensive experience in the following areas:
- Governance in Family and Private companies
- Commercialisation of Statutory systems
- Public companies
He has worked with a number of non profit organisations and for nine years had a 'hands on' role in professional sports administration.
Ben's role as an Independent Catalyst, Facilitator, Process Consultant adn Business ADvisor for businesses and their leaders is valued to such an extent that the majority of his client relationships have extended over lengthy periods.
In recent years, his roles with Australian and Queensland Rugby Union and his role as the Owner / Director of Gallery G Art Gallery have extended his competence and provided a broader insight into the challenges facing today's business leaders.
Past roles include Chairman, Queensland Rugby Union (2003-2005); Board Member, Australian Rugby Union (2004-2006), Queensland Rugby Union (1997-2005), Brisbane City Council Business Advisory Board (2004-2005), Mercy Sponsored Ministry Council (1989-1995). Ben was a Council Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors from 1998 to 2003; Executive in Residence at Queensland University of Technology Business School (2004); and National President and Chairman of the Australian Institute of Training and Development (1989-1991).
