Achievements:
Bill has 20 years experience as a CEO in the public and private sectors.  Starting his career working with regional Councils, Bill progressed to become CEO of Gosford City Council and later CEO of Newcastle City Council. 

He has also held senior positions with Sara Lee Australia and CRI Project Management.

As CEO of Southbank Corporation, Bill presided over the second redevelopment of Southbank, taking it from a struggling precinct to a sound, commercially-focused hub while still maintaining its public space.
