The CEO Syndicate Program

The CEO Institute's flagship forum is The CEO SyndicateŽ program. Exclusively for Chief Executives and business leaders, The CEO SyndicateŽ program offers sharing, experiential learning and mutual group mentoring.  It is truly "A meeting of minds".

The program is conducted in small peer groups of approximately 16 CEOs and senior executives from non-competing organisations who are matched according to the fit with the dynamic of each Syndicate group.

Meeting for a half-day each month in a secure, non-competitive and confidential environment, members feel connected and free to discuss, debate and workshop business and personal issues - and receive objective feedback and opinions.

An extract from the article "Improve Your Performance With Personal Reflection", written by Perth-based executive performance and behavioural coach, David Deane-Spread ...

"Reflecting in solitude is really useful. Other times, reflecting with a group of trusted people whose values you share, is also very useful.

Chief Executives often find themselves isolated.

I encourage and support them to form non-competitive and secure self-mentoring groups, where they can feel connected and free to discuss issues and help one another grow and improve."
