Susan Forrester brings more than 20 years of experience in the legal, commercial and change management fields, spanning the public and private sectors.

Susan's particular focus is effective corporate governance, strategy development and change management. 

She currently holds directorships with Ergon Energy Corporation Limited, Shine Lawyers Pty Ltd, National Foundation for Australian Women and is a Trustee of the Gold Coast Parklands.

Previously, she was General Manager of a leading architectural services firm and HR Director with the Queensland Treasury Corporation and Allens Arthur Robinson Lawyers.
