Dr Ricki Hewitt

Ricki joined The CEO Institute WA with an extensive background in executive search and recruitment, particularly for Senior Executive and CEO positions in government and not for profit organisations.

Ricki established her own successful management consultancy, Management Projects, in 1995 having earlier provided executive search and recruitment consulting services for the Perth office of a national company.

Ricki commenced her career in the Commonwealth Treasury and subsequently worked as an economist and industrial relations specialist in the Legislative Research Service of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Library before working in the TAFE sector.

She holds a Doctor of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia and has published in the area of contracting out and world of work education in TAFE.
