Achievements:
Gavin is currently the Principal of The Company Whisperer, a growth consultancy providing advice to CEOs and owners of SMEs who are seeking to grow the value of their companies.

He has a number of current directorships ranging across a variety of company structures ranging from publicly listed, through private equity to private and not-for-profits.

Gavin has a wide experience across a large number of vertical market sectors not solely through his current non-executive roles, but also in his corporate experience in the advertising and marketing communications sector, where he was Managing Director and COO of George Patterson Bates, at the time Australia's largest advertising agency.

He has also been exposed to business development in Asia Pacific in his role as Director of Operations for Cordiant, a global marketing and communications group and has been involved in private equity ownership through the successful MBO of that group by Pacific Equity Partners.

Gavin is also a member of the Board of Advice of the Butterfly Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to alleviating the suffering caused by body image and eating disorders amongst young women (and increasingly men).
