Achievements:
Ian recently retired from Pitcher Partners, Chartered Accountants and Consultants after 19 years as a Partner, to consult and pursue private interests. He has more than 28 years experience as a chartered accountant in professional practice in the areas of business management and consulting, strategic planning, taxation and board representation.

Ian has been Chairman of Brisbane Marketing and a member of the Lord Mayor’s Business Round Table since 2006, as well as a Director of the City Business Advisory Board since 2003. He has chaired the Brisbane Semarang Sister City Committee since 1993 and is a Director of the Aboriginal Centre for the Performing Arts. He was a key member of the Office of Economic Development for City of Brisbane from 2000-2006.

He was awarded an Australian Sports Medal in 2000 for services to Tennis Australia.
