The CEO Institute (Qld) names 17 inaugural Fellows
Brisbane (August 10, 2010): The CEO Institute (Qld) has honoured 17 members by naming them inaugural Fellows to celebrate their commitment as CEOs to ongoing learning and development.
Sue Forrester, CEO of The CEO Institute (Qld), said the Fellows were honoured at a recent black tie dinner at The Brisbane Club for 90 members and their partners.
"In these frenetic business times, it is appropriate to recognise the commitment of our Fellows to their learning and development as CEOs," Ms Forrester said.
"They recognise how important it is to keep learning - and to develop their professional network with 150 other CEOs in Queensland."
Each Fellow has attended 12 meetings each year for more than 5 years - a commitment of more than 4 hours each month.
"This takes time and effort - and a significant financial commitment too. Our inaugural Fellows know the value of the learning module offered by The CEO Institute," she said.
