Achievements:
John and Jenny Leaper have built TLC Aged Care into one of the most successful providers of Residential Aged Care in Victoria. John was President of the Aged Care Association of Victoria and Vice President of the federal body for several years.

Prior to starting TLC in 1991, John was Chief Economist and Chief General Manager for The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Ltd.  Before that John taught at Melbourne University followed by a Doctorate in Economics and economic consulting careers in the USA and Australia.

Between 1973 and 1990, John and Jenny lived for 3 years in the USA, 4 years in Melbourne, 3 years in Perth, 5 years in England and 2 years in Sydney before returning to Melbourne. Undoubtedly, successfully raising three daughters has been their greatest achievement.
