Achievements:
Lynn Wood is Chairman of the FRC and Noni B Ltd.  She is also a Non-Executive Director of GPT Funds Management, XRB and CEDA.  Her previous board positions include HSBC Bank Australia, Macquarie Goodman Group, The Foreign Investment Review Board and NSW Lotteries Corporation.

Lynn’s executive career focused on both the retail and financial services industries. Her executive appointments have included Sales and Marketing Director NE Asia, American Express; Marketing Director - Cards, Citibank; Marketing Division Head, Myer NSW; Marketing Director, David Jones and Executive Director, Schroders Australia.

Following her executive career Lynn consulted to leading companies such as Westfield, Macquarie Bank, Commonwealth Funds Management, Telstra and Unilever. She also developed, managed, then sold two SME businesses.

Lynn’s not for profit leadership contribution is substantial. As well as being a current Non-Executive Director of CEDA, Lynn has been a Non-Executive Director of MS Australia Ltd, MS Ltd and Women Chiefs of Enterprises International. She was a member of the Economic Development Council of NSW, Alumni Council AGSM and Women’s College Council, University of Sydney. She was also Chairman of the Property Trust Chapter and a Non-Executive Director of the Investment Funds Association (now FSC), Chairman of the Eastern Region Entrepreneur of the Year Award and Chairman of Hands Pty Ltd, a commercial venture of MS NSW.

Lynn has an MA from the University of Sydney and a MBA from the AGSM, University of NSW. In 2003 she was awarded a Centenary Medal for her service to Australian society through business and finance. She is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and has attended the AICD International Directors Course in Singapore.
