Transitional Leadership™ Program

The Transitional Leadership™ program is a unique leadership development forum for executives on a leadership journey.  Providing a mix of experiential and guided learning, participants are able to enhance their existing skills via small group meetings with their peers under the guidance of a chairman-facilitator.

This structured program of professional development addresses key leadership capabilities, distilled from discussions between CEOs in The CEO Institute over many years, and includes the completion of Harvard Business Publishing leadership modules.

CEOs On The Move™

The CEO Institute recognises the importance of keeping senior executives connected and maintaining an ongoing level of experiential learning, in the critical time between departing from one role and commencing a new role.

The CEOs On The Move™ program offers Senior Executives with an appropriate peer support network and experiential learning environment to keep them 'job-ready'. Of critical importance is keeping members buoyant and positive as they journey towards finding their next career opportunity.

The monthly meeting will focus on sharing success, past experiences and job seeking initiatives. Stimulating discussions on current issues and access to engaging guest speakers is provided under the guidance of a chairman-facilitator.
