Achievements:
Terry held a number of senior executive positions, the last being that of Marketing Director in the Black and Decker group’s Pacific International Division.   Before that he had been with the Sunbeam Corporation and the 3M Company and following which he became Managing Director and Founder of the Techard Company Pty. Ltd., a consulting company which commenced in 1978.

Terry was for more than 25 years the Senior Lecturer at, and Fellow of, the Australian Institute of Management and conducted training courses for them within the marketing field.
