Achievements:
Tim Holden is a non-executive director and part-time consultant and advisor and has more than 16 years experience as a non-executive in 12 different Boards - of which 6 were unlisted public companies. He is currently a member of the Advisory Boards of a $150M IT contracting and recruitment business and a $30M manufacturing business.

Tim retired as the Executive Partner of Ernst & Young in Sydney on 30 June 2002. He was an audit and management consulting partner of the firm for 29 years. During that period, Tim held a wide range of management positions, including Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Consulting. He also held a client service role in the Asia Pacific region for 5 years in the late 1990s.

Tim’s clients during his long professional career covered a wide range of large Australian publicly-listed and multi-national corporate companies and government enterprises in diverse industries including Fast Moving and Consumer Goods, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Mining, Media, Telecommunications & Technology, Health Care, Property, Services and Other.

Tim has also advised a wide range of entrepreneurial companies over the last 30 years. He has worked on IPOs with several companies, their lawyers and other advisors and has provided a range of management consulting services to government over the last 30 years, including hospitals, minerals and energy and local government.
