Transitional Leadership Program

For executives on a leadership journey

The Transitional Leadership™ program is a unique leadership development forum for executives on a leadership journey.  Providing a mix of facilitated and experiential learning, members are able to enhance their existing skills.

Under the guidance of a chairman-facilitator, members meet in a confidential environment each month in a peer group of approximately 16 members from non-competing organisations and a variety of work disciplines and backgrounds.

The Transitional Leadership™ program is a structured professional development program which addresses key leadership capabilities. The program is founded on:

  • Interaction with the wider membership network and senior business leaders
  • Best busienss practices presented by expert resource speakers
  • Case study scenarios facilitated by leading academics
  • Undertaking a self-initiated project

Case Study Presentations: 2010

The CEO Institute has partnered with Mt Eliza Executive Education to deliver the two case study scenarios in 2010.  Members will greatly benefit from the outcomes-based learning delivered by these leading business academics from Mt Eliza Executive Education.

A full suite of online resources support the program, including the CEO Online web site's business resources (articles, case studies, learning modules etc) and an exclusive members' area on The CEO Institute web site.  The latter contains a contact directory of The CEO Institute membership community.

Exclusive Membership

Membership is by invitation only to senior executives, emerging leaders and aspiring CEOs from organisations with multi-million dollar annual turnovers ranging from $2M to many $billions. Referral of potential members who meet the Transitional Leadership™ membership criteria is welcomed.

Members are carefully selected and matched to groups.

Membership is restricted to senior executives or emerging leaders of:

  • Business entities (public or private companies)
  • Professional firms
  • Government instrumentalities
  • Not-for-profit organisations

Allocation to a Transitional Leadership™ group of approximately 16 members is determined by fit, inclusive of business size, industry, work discipline / background, depth of experience and potential contribution to the discussion.
