Warren has held a series of senior government appointments including Managing Director of both Australian Water Technologies Pty Ltd and Australian Water Technology International Pty Ltd, Chairman of AWT Philippines Pty Ltd, Chairman of Water EcoScience Laboratories Victoria and Deputy Managing Director of Sydney Water Corporation.

He has dealt with all levels of business and government in Australia and within the Asia Pacific region. He has been involved in projects in New Zealand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Fiji and Indonesia.
